She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a focus on organizational leadership, a master’s in human resources, and is currently a JD candidate with a focus in legal systems and trauma-informed care. With 10+ years of experience in data analytics, workforce planning, and system implementation, Erin led national initiatives at a pediatric healthcare company, optimizing workflows and driving compliance, sustainability, and tech-centered innovation. Her dynamic background fuels ProtecHer’s mission to deliver trauma-informed, survivor-centered solutions with operational precision and community impact.

Officer Victoria Denneno began her policing career in 2017 and has since served in a range of community-facing roles in eastern Massachusetts. In addition to patrol, her work has spanned to outreach, youth engagement, and liaison efforts supporting vulnerable populations. She served for five years on a regional SWAT team as a crisis negotiator, helping people in crisis come to a safe resolution. Her professional expertise is in domestic violence investigations and education. Since stepping into a community engagement role, she’s focused on bridging support systems for individuals navigating complex challenges. As a collaborator with ProtecHer, she brings a trauma-informed lens to frontline care, helping shape more responsive and compassionate practices across the board.
