She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a focus on organizational leadership, a master’s in Human Resources, and is currently a JD candidate specializing in legal systems and trauma-informed care. With 10+ years of experience in data analytics, workforce planning, and system implementation, Erin led national initiatives at a pediatric healthcare company, optimizing workflows and driving compliance, sustainability, and tech-centered innovation. Her dynamic background fuels ProtecHer’s mission to deliver trauma-informed, survivor-centered solutions with operational precision and community impact.

 Officer Victoria Denneno brings over six years of specialized law enforcement experience, including roles as Domestic Violence Officer, LGBTQ+ Liaison, and School Resource Officer in Stoughton. A Crisis Negotiator with Metro-LEC since 2019, she holds a master’s in Criminal Justice from UMass Lowell and the FBI LEEDA Trilogy Award. In Needham, she leads follow-up support for calls involving mental health, domestic violence, and substance use. As a ProtecHer partner, she integrates trauma-informed practices into frontline response, advancing survivor-centered care across systems.
